I had a lot of fun with this tutorial!! I have neglected my Naked Palette and thought that I needed to show it some love again!!! I also LOVE purple eyeshadow so I decided to mix it up and this is what I got!!!!

TAG: Perfect Imperfections

I had a request to do the Perfect Imperfection Tag. I had a lot of fun with this one but have to admit it was hard to find 3 things that I like about myself. It seemed to easy to find the things I didn't like but to look at myself and find the things I found beautiful for some reason was hard.

This made me really think about how hard we are on ourselves. It is so easy to pick ourselves apart and be so critical. Truth is we all have flaws. But the bottom line is we are all beautiful in our own way. It is so important to remember we are all so unique and not let the media put what is beautiful in a perfectly packaged box. Curves, petite, tall, big noses, uneven eyes are all BEAUTIFUL!!!

A Tutorial: Winter Green Eyes

As requested here is the green eye look I came up with. All the colors are from the same Maybeline palette. I like this look because it incorporates sage greens but isn't a crazy green eye. This is totally wearable for every day but still makes a statement.

I really liked this palette. The shadows are really soft and pigmented and the fall out wasn't too terrible. I think I paid around $7 for it which is pretty good considering how many shadows you get! I believe that they had 3 or 4 different palettes to choose from so definitely check them out.

Blond or Brunette?

So I am debating whether I want to go back to my dark hair or to stay blonde. I really loved my hair dark as I thought it brought the blue in my eyes out and worked will with my complexion. I do like the blonde as well but feel it tends to wash me out a bit. I have a few pics I show in this video of my hair dark... let me know what you think looks better!!!!
